Russel representing team Maroochy, clocked 20.94 seconds to win the 200m race in the QA Shield Series: Norma Croker Shield championships at the Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre, on 26th January 2019. Super sport centre 09/11/2018 As progress continues throughout the Australian athletic calendar Russ was delighted to take silver in the Men’s 100m final and achieve a new PB at the QA Twilight Meet.

November 2018 An honour and a privilege to be a recipient of a USC Half Blue award at this year’s ceremony for outstanding achievement in athletics.  

Team Taib were delighted to return to SUKMA 2018 in September and participate for Perak state team on home ground as they hosted the event.
